Built alongside Abba River Homes

Rooted in the way builders work

After the keys change hands

The home is finished. The follow-up isn’t.

A drawer won’t close. The trade hasn’t called back. The homeowner texts your superintendent again. A small repair becomes a string of interruptions.

Lucera takes ownership of the coordination, so your team can keep moving forward.

One place for homeowners to report an issue.

A clear next step for every managed request.

Follow-up that stays with the work.

One request. A complete workflow.

From “something’s wrong” to “it’s taken care of.”

Follow a cabinet repair through Lucera. Your homeowner, your vendor, and your team each get the information they need.

The homeowner reports an issue.

A clear report and a photo give Lucera a place to start. Missing details are gathered before the work moves forward.

Example: a cabinet adjustment at Cedar Ridge Residence.

Put warranty experience to work

What happens after closing should inform what you build next.

Lucera keeps repair findings connected and carries reviewed lessons into future claims. As that history grows, it builds the evidence for better decisions about your trades and homes.

Choose your next trade with more than a bid.

See where callbacks are coming from. Use the repair findings to address recurring problems with your contractor, agree on improvements, or decide who gets your next homes.

A few practical questions

A clear handoff. A clear role for your team.

What does Lucera actually take off my plate?

Homeowner intake, gathering missing details, reviewing the issue against your warranty information, vendor scheduling, reminders, and follow-up through completion. Your team gets the context it needs when a coverage, spending, or exception decision requires your input.

Can we keep using our existing trades?

Yes. We start with your vendor list and the trades assigned to each home. Lucera coordinates with them by text and email; they do not need to learn a new builder dashboard to respond.

Who decides what is covered and what we spend?

You retain authority over material coverage decisions, goodwill work, spending, and exceptions. Lucera brings the homeowner report, relevant warranty context, and a recommended next step together so you can make an informed decision.

Does Lucera do the repairs or site inspections?

Your trades perform repairs. When an issue needs an on-site assessment, we coordinate with your team or a builder-approved field professional. Repair costs, inspections, and other third-party expenses are separate from the Lucera service fee unless included in your agreement.

Do we need to replace our construction software?

Lucera can run your warranty coordination alongside your existing construction and accounting tools. We agree on how homes, warranty documents, and vendor information are provided during onboarding. Any integration work is scoped separately.

What happens when a request needs a person?

Unclear, disputed, or exceptional issues are escalated with the available evidence and a clear next decision. Lucera combines AI-assisted workflows with managed coordination; your builder policies and approval boundaries guide the work.

How does Lucera learn from warranty work?

Lucera records repair findings and captures potential lessons. Reusable guidance is reviewed before it informs relevant future claims, and your warranty policies and approval boundaries still govern the work. Comparisons by contractor and floor plan are in development. Local builder benchmarking is planned as an opt-in system using anonymized data, once enough comparable outcomes are available. Website and demo comparisons use illustrative data.

Can we start with a few homes?

Yes. On an introductory call, we will choose an initial group of homes, confirm the service term and scope, and plan onboarding. You can add homes as you are ready. Existing homes and new closings are scoped before activation.
