Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using Lucera and receiving service-related communications through Lucera.

Use of Lucera
Lucera provides managed warranty request handling and related builder operations services. Lucera may be used by builders, homeowners, vendors, administrators, and other authorized participants to submit requests, coordinate work, communicate about service issues, and maintain operational records.
You agree to provide accurate information, use Lucera only for lawful purposes, and avoid submitting content that is misleading, harmful, infringing, or unrelated to the applicable warranty or operations workflow.
Warranty and vendor coordination
Lucera helps coordinate warranty workflows, including intake, coverage review support, scheduling, vendor follow-up, homeowner updates, and closeout tracking. Lucera does not guarantee that a specific request is covered by a builder warranty, that a vendor will be available, or that a particular repair outcome will occur.
Builders remain responsible for their warranty obligations, policies, vendor relationships, and final business decisions unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
SMS program terms
Program name: Lucera Warranty Coordination.
Program description: Lucera sends service-related SMS messages for builder warranty requests, vendor scheduling, appointment reminders, access coordination, issue status updates, and related operational follow-up. Messages are not marketing messages.
Message frequency varies based on active warranty requests, scheduling needs, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
To get help, reply HELP or contact Lucera at hello@trylucera.com. To stop receiving SMS messages from a Lucera number, reply STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and then will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you opt in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to communications
By providing a phone number or email address to Lucera, a builder, a homeowner portal, a vendor workflow, or another authorized Lucera service path, you consent to receive service-related communications about the applicable warranty request, scheduling matter, or builder operations workflow through appropriate contact methods.
When SMS messaging is offered, Lucera sends SMS messages only after separate SMS consent is provided through the applicable opt-in control or workflow. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Privacy
Lucera handles information according to the Lucera Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Lucera collects, uses, shares, and protects information, including mobile information used for SMS communications.
Third-party services
Lucera may rely on third-party providers for hosting, communications, document storage, analytics, payment, SMS, email, and other operational functions. These providers may process information as needed to support Lucera services.
Changes to these terms
Lucera may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of Lucera after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
