Lucera for Superintendents
Say it once.
Lucera follows through.
Delegate punch items and routine jobsite tasks. Lucera texts your trade, reads the replies, follows up when they don’t answer, sends reminders, and brings the result back for your review.
Guided onboarding for your team, your homes, and your existing trades.
One instruction from you.
01 / 04Illustrative messages. Fictional job. Several days shown in a short sequence.
- Your trades reply by text or email. They don’t need another app.
- You review the completed work.
- When Lucera needs information or a decision, it comes back to you.
Get it off your mind
The task takes a moment. The chasing takes the rest of your day.
You notice the paint, the sticking cabinet, the piece of trim that’s still missing. Then comes the text, the reminder, and another check on whether it happened.
Lucera sends those messages, reads the replies, and keeps following up. The home, trade, and commitments stay with the work, so you can keep walking the job.
The follow-through is the product
You give the instruction. Lucera carries the conversation.
01
It sends the message.
Lucera sends your trade a clear text or email with the home, the correction, and the requested timing.
Lucera → Esteban
“Hi Esteban, the bathroom wall at Cedar Ridge needs a paint touch-up. Can you take care of it by Friday?”
02
It keeps following up.
No reply? Lucera checks back. When the trade commits to a day, it sends the reminder and asks for the result.
Lucera → Esteban · Friday
“Reminder for today: bathroom paint touch-up at Cedar Ridge. Let me know when it’s finished.”
03
It brings you the result.
The trade reports completion. Lucera brings it back to you to check, accept, or request a correction.
Lucera → You
“Esteban reports the touch-up is finished. Take a look and tell me if anything still needs fixing.”
Illustrative messages from the fictional paint-touch-up example. Your trades perform the work; you review the result.
Built around your day
The punch list that does the chasing.
Paint touch-ups
“Ask Esteban to touch up the bathroom wall before Friday.”
Cabinet adjustments
“Have the cabinet installer adjust the drawer in the kitchen.”
Missing trim
“Let the trim crew know the pantry baseboard still needs finishing.”
One Lucera. Connected work.
The context stays with the home.
Your conversation starts the work. Task details show what is happening and what needs your attention. You can check progress, review the result, or request a correction.
This is the first step toward connected field and office operations. Milestone-to-office handoffs and purchase analysis are future capabilities; the current offer focuses on delegated corrections.

Your trades. Your judgment. Less chasing.
What can I hand off to Lucera?
Start with punch items and routine jobsite corrections: paint touch-ups, cabinet adjustments, missing trim, and similar work for your existing trades. Tell Lucera the home, what needs doing, and who should handle it. Add a photo or a target date when useful.
What happens after I delegate a task?
Lucera sends the selected trade a text or email with the scope, reads their replies, follows up when they have not responded, and sends reminders about recorded commitments. Vendor-reported completion comes back for your review. If something needs a decision or more information, it brings that next step back to you.
Can we keep our existing subcontractors?
Yes. We set up your homes and vendor contacts during onboarding. Trades respond through the agreed text or email channel; they do not need to adopt your builder dashboard. Lucera confirms the right recipient and communication channel before outreach.
Do I have to use voice?
You can speak or type an instruction and attach a photo. Voice makes it easier to capture something while walking a home; the task and its coordination history stay available to inspect afterward.
Who decides whether the work is finished?
You do. A trade reporting completion brings the item back for your review. You can accept the result or explain what still needs fixing. Lucera coordinates the next step when rework is needed.
Does Lucera replace our construction software?
Lucera can handle this coordination alongside your current tools. We agree on the homes, contacts, workflow, and any data handoffs during onboarding. Integrations are scoped separately; this offer starts with routine delegated work.
How do we get started, and what does it cost?
Book a demo to walk through your superintendent’s workflow. We agree on a small initial group of homes, supported tasks, responsibilities, pricing, and a start date before guided onboarding. Trade repair charges and other third-party costs are separate from Lucera’s fee.
